I am a teacher with eight years combined experience in adult alternative education and high school English. I have had the privilege of teaching students with a range of academic abilities and cultural backgrounds. Instruction in my classroom involves student-centered learning using a variety of instructional methods to meet the needs of every learner. I have always been passionate about education and enjoy watching my students get excited about learning, develop new academic strengths, and make personal connections between the classroom content and their own personal lives.
